After the tune-ups and bike sales begin to calm and the heat starts to crank up (was it about a million degrees in July for you, too?), we sit ourselves down and start thinking, start getting in gear for that next and even more awesome season ahead. What’s next for 2013? We headed out to the mountains to find out.
Four of us from Tree Fort spent a weekend at Saddle Drive, a showcase of the newest bikes from Salsa, Foundry, Surly, and beyond, taking sampler rides on short trails in the Wasatch Range of Northern Utah. Organized by our friends at Quality Bike Products, Saddle Drive was — once again — an event that did not disappoint.
